Menjangan Sakti - DSM Organized Seminar and Workshop
In collaboration with DSM Nutritional Products Indonesia (DNPI), last July Menjangan Sakti held one-day seminar of "New Health Benefit Solutions from Your Innovation Partner" at Aryaduta Hotel. The event was attended by pharmaceutical and food companies in Indonesia with the aimed to introduce new logo of DSM, innovation in health concepts that they created as well as introducing their new products 'Fruitflow'. A day later, a workshop "Bright Science Brighter Living" held at Pelita Harapan University. Attended by 30 participants from the food industry, this event aimed to teach how the application of DSM products, such as DHA, omega 3 and beta-carotene. During the event, participants were also taught how to make cookies and jelly candy with DHA, demonstration of fruit juice, how to make full cream milk and stir-fry vegetables with DHA, color matching of Carmine in UHT milk and Fanta Orange with beta-carotene from DSM.
